Silage starter cultures

The application which initiated the success story of Lactosan: Since 1989, Lactosan has been producing starter cultures for silage, which contain live lactic acid bacteria and support an ideal ensiling process. In the meantime, the initially small product portfolio has been greatly expanded comprising a large number of different products for different kind of silages (grass, alfalfa, maize, etc.) or for specific applications of silage (biogas) and is still constantly growing. The distribution of these products is carried out by the Schaumann company.

Food supplements - Probiotics for human use

Probiotic bacteria in dietary supplements are very common and we supply the necessary raw materials: lyophilized bacterial powder "Made in Austria". On the one hand, we offer contract manufacturing of your strains from piloting to industrial application. On the other hand, you can purchase individual strains or strain mixtures from our range of lactobacilli or bifidobacteria.

Additives for Food and Beverage industry
